RACHEL ABOUNAYAN

Since graduating from Loyola Marymount University in May 2015, I have enjoyed working at Innovative Dining Group where I've gained invaluable marketing experience. I began my career in the events department transferring to the marketing team after one year.  Since joining the marketing team at IDG I have learned much. In addition, I had the opportunity to manage the department while the director was on leave for six months. During this time, I was responsible for all marketing and PR initiatives for our ten locations as well as opening our first restaurant in Chicago.  In this capacity, I managed all the marketing and brand strategy from the ground up - pre and post opening. This experience solidified my commitment to a career in marketing and I am excited to continue to be challenged in this ever-changing industry.
